BREAKING NEWS: Cllr Chris Kane is under BDC investigation!!!
It happened! The Monitoring Officer, after consultation with the Independent Person, sent me a file of documents, among which I found this sentence:
Quote: I have consulted with one of the Council’s Independent Persons on this matter who has agreed that potentially there has been breaches of the code. I will now look to appoint an investigator to investigate this further.
BIG BANG AT THE END OF YEAR
So I am ending 2022 with a big bang. This bang is all the greater because this is not the end of the breaking news I have to present in this article. The previous article was supposed to be the last one- but I decided that I would…. will work overtime. Here is the result of them.
OVERTIME WORK? IT’S SO TYPICAL OF ME…
Well, the Labour Party realised that Cllr Chris Kane had done something no councillor should ever do-introduced physical violence into the Chamber. So what was Labour’s Leader in STC response? Did he apologise for damaging my laptop? Did he extend an olive branch to me with an offer to discuss the matter? Did he or anyone in the Labour Party suggest that it might be better to bury the hatchet and just give me those Goddamn documents that I’m asking for months? Did Chris Kane suffer any consequences? Did his party’s regional leadership react? I don’t know.
I know one thing- the Conservatives leadership has responded swiftly. I was summoned to a meeting about it. I will not say anything more about it except that I agreed to try to solve the problem amicably. I have no problem applying the conciliatory approach.
ARE WE BLIND? DEPLOY THE…. COUNTER-COMPLAINT!!!
So complaint against me was also filed with BDC- ohhh I can’t wait to visit BDC to sort it out! I will now present a few excerpts from this meeting, after which I will ask you, the reader, what is the basis of their contr-complain. Let’s see if you can guess.

The Chamber of STC has a CCTV system in place. If the Town Clerk had been recording the meeting, it would have been clear that I was the first to raise my hand claiming the floor.
By strange khm khm coincidence CCTV is installed but allegedly did not work at this meeting. What you won’t see is Cllr Chris Kane doing his old trick. I queue up to speak, he ignores me and gives the floor to his party colleague. I am a conciliatory man- I gave way to a Labour councillor who bullied himself into the queue. I waited patiently for my turn.

I was finally allowed to speak. As you will hear me say in a calm tone informing you that the words of Chris Kane that in my investigation “there is nothing in” are not reflected when you compare pellet consumption to energy production. The Chair of STC has an excellent response to my investigation:
Just because Labour has voted not to talk about something doesn’t mean the Opposition should listen. I will finish talking about pellets in the Chamber when I write the “conclusion” of my enquiry. The investigation remains open as long as I have not received the documents I asked for. I will decide “when to put it to bed”, not the current bully Chair of STC.

The longer I speak, the more chaos Chris Kane allows in Chamber. Chaos – a favourite tool of socialists. Since the early days of socialism- adherents of this ideology have used the chaos to gain and maintain power. Socialists are people who do not respect private property and use violence and intimidation to achieve political goals. Chris Kane is a hardcore socialist in my eyes.

This is the moment when Chris Kane decided to use violence to interrupt an Opposition councillor’s argument, despite the fact that Chris Kane himself had previously given me the floor. This moment became the legal basis for my complaint about Cllr Chris Kane’s behaviour.
SECOND BREAKING NEWS: LABOUR COMPLAINT
So what have I been accused of? I’ll leave a few lines blank to distance the screen and so that you can’t see the correct answer right underneath this paragraph. Before you scroll down the screen- ask yourself: what have I been charged with? I’m curious to see if you can guess!

I was accused of BULLYING!
Yup! You read that right. My behaviour- bullying. Chris Kane behaviour- business as usual.
MONITORING OFFICER
He proposed to meet in a small circle and try to smooth things over before more serious people took up the matter. I agreed to this proposal on several conditions: I want to be able to bring my own legal representation, I want to be able to read the statement, I want to know which STC staff member felt I was “bullying” him because claim made against me didn’t specify that. I want the two complaints to be dealt with separately, not as suggested by the Monitoring Officer- in one meeting.
I will not give permission for physical violence to be mixed up with a case about words and facts that someone subjectively considered “offensive” or whatever the word bullying in this case means. I checked the dictionary definition of the word:
Bullying– seek to harm, intimidate, or coerce (someone perceived as vulnerable).
