Quote: “You are not a victim of this crime.”

The TITLE of this article is a part of the sentence from correspondence with the Police about the pellet corruption scandal in the Leisure Centre. Let me show you that quote again, with big and underlined letters:
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
What crime? How can Police write about any crime when they don’t check any evidence? A policeman came back to me and tried to tell me that the “Leisure Centre person told him that the Vaccination Centre caused increased usage of pellets”. It’s the exact same lie that Labour Party councillors used in the Chamber of STC- in 2020, there was no vaccine. In 2018, no one knew about the coming pandemic, and yet- usage of pellets was unusually high. As well as 2019 compared to 2016. Police just used the words of people covering this scandal. And signed off by saying that…
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
What crime? Shady deal with the suppliers and even more shadier invoices? Burning fuel just to fit “quota” and creating CO2 at the same time? Paying a “fine” to a private company for not burning the CO2? ITS REAL- YOU CANT MAKE THIS CRAP! Labour Party voted to pay private company when the Leisure Centre is NOT producing CO2. Nothing shady about that at all!
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
Again! What crime? Discrepancies and unusual patterns in pellet deliveries? Invoices with false figures I found, and the Police didn’t even look at them? An audit that accepted those invoices? Lack of meter and seal inspection? Or maybe a secret inspection of seals and meters in the Leisure Centre conducted by Labour Party councillors(politicians) that was never published and was withheld from only the opposition Councillor in STC? Did Police asked for that evidence in investigation about possible crime? Nope.
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
Is that enough of evidence to check? I was councillor and I was denied access to data. If they are clean in STC- they would show them to me, right? Should someone investigating possible crime- should or should not look at evidence that was withheld for dubious reasons from other people?
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
You know what? Let me show you the original message from the Police. I edited out some parts for GDPR and dramatic reasons. I made it this way on purpose: to underline which part of the message blew my mind so intensely that I felt silent for a moment.
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
If you want to read full version, without my dramatic edit- its at the end of article. I hope this adds dramatic moment to this rather sad and repetitive article.
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
On the contrary, dear Police. I am a victim of this crime. I reported this crime, but the policeman was too scared or too lazy to investigate obvious corruption and possible theft. He didn’t check ANY evidence. He went to Leisure Centre to ask for… CCTV. WTF? He spoke there, face to face, with someone who sold him a lie- a lie so obvious that you can remember it even after 4 years: there was no Pandemic in 2016-2019. In 2020 LC was closed. So why was the usage of the pellets so high? Who is responsible for that? Where did this pellet go?
I DON’T BLAME THE POLICE. I BLAME…
… people who allow this corruption and nepotism to continue. Local politicians, civil servants and mostly- voters, residents who stayed home in the last election. Why are we always last or second to last in voter participation? SHAME!
One last sentence about how I feel about this possible crime in Red Wall town: it smells like Rotherham out here, but everyone acts as (…)you are not a victim of this crime(…) It smells like Rotherham out here; can you feel it?
(…)you are not a victim of this crime(…)
